How does grief change over time? | S4 08
A few years ago, Ella (22) was bereaved of her best friend and Amy (19) of her mum. In this episode, they reflect on their grief journeys and how they have changed from the first year of survival mode to now being able to look to the future. The conversation covers how their relationships with family and friends have changed, ways they honour their person in day to day life, and coming to terms with moving forward while still grieving.
